ABOUT US

Why did I do this?
My name is Simon Gillmore, and I’ve spent the last 30 years of my life devouring every self-help book, fad, and course I could get my hands on, because I didn’t like the way I felt.
As I've come to understand what is regarded as mental illness, stems from a basic misunderstanding between the roles of the conscious and subconscious minds.
I am not educated, nor am I a psychologist, but that is however my point - that I don't think we need to be to have a sufficient enough understanding to radically alter our lives and feel in control of where they are going.

The truths expressed in the content of this website (The blogs, books, and courses.) are neither difficult to comprehend, nor arguable in the personal development space. I wrote the first book the control center for that very reason - I thought all of this personal growth movement were saying the very same thing. It was something of a summary of the best of the material I'd read, translated into a simple language.
In this wonderous era that we have been welcomed - the age of information - there is no requirement for us to be experts of our own minds to realize the fundamentals that can get us past this inconvenience they refer to as mental illness. What I share here in all of the content are common to everything I have ever read on the nature of the subconscious, or what I often refer to as the involuntary mind. It is like it has a mind of its own that doesn't think - it just knows and makes it so in our experience.
In this era we don't have to be a psychologist to understand enough about the nature of the subconscious to take control of our lives and where we think they are going. I have put this material into a language that I think is easily digestible, doesn't take years of learning, or months to implement. These changes can take place in a matter of hours, where we start to think with regards to what is listening to our statements and how this reflects in the reality we experience.
This rise in human consciousness should be the glory of our time, but instead many people suffer, because of this gross misconception in believing ourselves to be the drivers of our lives in the conscious minds. That we are the ones doing all of the thinking and making all of the decisions. We are not - we are passengers to the subconscious program running in the background of our lives. And we have to engage this aspect of our minds if we are to have some say in how we feel, and where we think we are going. We have to learn to speak to it in a language it understands. And as I say it definitely doesn't need to take us a long time, or lots of complicated learning - it doesn't take us to have lots of money, or everyone to love us to feel like we are connected to this driver of our experience. That our lives have immense value and purpose. The tools shared here could be understood by a child.
See you on the inside.
