The new paradigm that will forever change how we think about thinking.

It has been claimed that depression will be the leading health concern of our time by 2030. In a little over 5 years mental health will become the leading health problem world-wide. It sounds quite sinister doesn’t it. That we have worked towards becoming more capable and conscious people for 100’s of years, and yet we find ourselves sliding into the most unhappy people that have ever lived. We improved our knowledge and treatment of medicine. We are more informed on how to better raise children, and we are more connected through social media. So why is it that we find ourselves in this predicament of overwhelming sadness?
For many generations we have worked towards improving the lives of oncoming generations and making life on earth easier and more bearable, but we’ve almost completely failed to hit the mark of a sustainably satisfied population. We are not happier, and in fact unhappiness has become more of the norm. When by far the majority of people have so much more than previous generations at their disposal why? Why are we so unhappy?
Is it because so many of us compare ourselves to the social media influencers who make enormous amounts of profit from doing what they want to most of the time? Is it because of the overwhelming expectation to stand out in this world that is incredibly more competitive for our attention? Is it because robots are taking our jobs, or the elite are plotting to control us however they can. Is it because we have actually become starved of the human connection that we think social media is offering us. Are we more prone to the addiction to our devises because we don’t ever really regard them as dangerous, or a waste of our time. We have 100’s of friends on Facebook but how many do we actually touch, or meet up with, or we could call if we were in trouble?

We’re not happy, and why I think that is might shock you. To me the problem exists because we live almost exclusively in the conscious mind and an image of ourselves that is almost impossible to change without insight. We assume that the mind we think with is the extent of us and there is nothing in this world that can help us. That there is no more to our minds than we are conscious of. And we've lost a sense of the spiritual or the subconscious aspect of who we are. We have almost no faith in, or connection to those greater aspects of mind that we would have once 'prayed' to. I'm not suggesting that we all get religious all of a sudden, but there is something greater than us that we can call upon and build some trust in that will remind us that we are hardly alone in this movie plot that is our lives.
When we complain or become envious or ungrateful we are literally severing the connection to the enormity of what is on our side. From the thing that we can call upon to protect and guide us - that can deliver us from almost impossible seeming circumstances. We've stopped asking for help or building up faith in the powers that are absolutely at our disposal. There is not something 'our there' but something within us - within our own minds that can shift our perceptions of what is there and literally in an instant. When we pledge our will to this higher aspect of ourselves - when we employ its help, we hand the reigns over to something that can almost inexplicably transform what seems to be happening to us. We are not alone in this world, but we seem hell bent on removing ourselves from the ancient and the sacred that lies deep within our own minds that can change things beyond what we believed possible.
We don’t understand the mindset shift that occurs when we are grateful. How the universe takes this as instructions for what we'd like to increase in our lives. We don’t understand how goal setting, alters what is outside of us. How we see the world relative to our agenda - what's important to us shapes the world that we see. When we visualize, we alter our state, and our state is the underlying blueprint of what becomes real for us. How we feel is the determinant of how we think, the memories we have access to, what seems to be happening in our world, and what we think we can do (and so will take on.). Our state governs our entire experience and expectation of what will happen before us.
We don't understand what mindfulness is and grants us access to. Mindfulness cleanses the body of conditioned energy and illusions of perception. Mindfulness connects us with the very aspect of mind that creates the world as it seems to us. With this simple and underutilized tool, we access the world creating part of our mind that has power far beyond what we think is possible. The mind can open doors in walls when we open ourselves to its wonder.
We need to open ourselves to what is actually there that can help us in ways that no person can. Otherwise, we will remain stumped as to how to get the things we want, and everything that we do get is somehow too late or overshadowed by a deep sense of what we sacrificed to get what's in front of us. Without a sense of the spiritual nothing could ever be good enough, because we have such a contracted comprehension of what we have been given, and how close that actually is to what we asked for. Without awareness of the higher mind, we almost indelibly cheapen ourselves and the gift that perception can actually become. We devalue the sacred for the price of the hollow.

But the buck stops with us to fix this. It is up to us as individuals to be responsible for how we feel. And we, of course, are the primary beneficiaries of any consequential benefits this might also bring. It was Carl Jung who reminded us that ‘history is not contained in thick books but lives in our very blood’. We are the living culmination of the emotional content that has been passed down for generations – each adding the unique flavor of the culture of the time. This living human vibration remains trapped within us with no vehicle of expression or way to resolve itself, because we have normalized the traumatic condition of the modern human. And also because the majority of us we fail to realise that emotions can be made. They can be conjured up without reason. Like a sorcerer with their wand, we can imagine emotions into being, and emotions are the foundation of everything that happens in this world according to us. Emotions can be cleansed from the body through mindfulness and states of deep rest and can also be imagined into being. We don’t utilize the very real tools we have for one very important reason. We don’t validate or understand the effect of emotions. How they alter everything we see in the world around us - and the very circumstances we imagine ourselves to be in. We haven't mastered or regularly practiced the creation of emotions because we didn't think they mattered.

The irony of course is that we are the most depressed our species has ever been, yet we still treat our emotions like they are the enemy.
But that’s all about to change.
There is a new paradigm of belief emerging that will fundamentally help us to master some of the very simplest things we can practice in managing our mental health. A new paradigm of how we think about our thinking, and how important our thinking is in changing the world that we see. An understanding that the way we think is the source of our problems themselves. If we want our lives to be different, we have to change our approach and how we think about them from the ground up. We have to become increasingly more conscious of our thinking in order to know what might need to change. We have to become more present in our own minds. Mindfulness is one of the oldest ongoing spiritual practices that has ever existed, and if we were to believe Ekhart Tolle, it is both the underlying core of all religious messages and the cure to the human condition itself.
How could something so simple and easy to do provide the much-needed relief our species appears to be so desperate for? Just becoming more aware of the physical senses is going to transform my life? And I absolutely agree – the idea sounds like some farfetched lunacy. We are expected to believe that doing nothing is going to make everything seem just perfect just the way it is? As well as inspire us to change in the ways we need to. What we actually need is a more complete education on what mindfulness is and does to the mind/ body system. How mindfulness both cleanses the body of conditioned energy and connects us to that part of our minds that is making everything seem the way it is. When we are aware that it is us making other people and situations the way they appear to be we inherit the power to -
1. Know why we present it that way (the threatened value.) and
2. That we can change it – almost instantly and for good.

The emergence of a juggernaut.
In this age to which we have been welcomed – in this age of awareness of mind and the effect of emotions we have been offered the tools that will bring us back to the perfect state to which we were born. For many people all of this new age woo woo crap about the Law of Attraction and the idea that ‘thoughts are things’ has only further deluded and confused the issue. But these ideas are about to be so much better understood that everyone will be using them. They will either be using them or they will get left behind to wallow in self-pity. No, we don’t all have to become rich and famous in order to value ourselves, but we do have to remember what it is we are connected to within ourselves to repair the sacredness that is missing from our lives. If we want to remain the passengers to the process of emotional creation, then everyone else will be doing it and we will be the only ones left confused and hurting.
Because that is the point - Attraction is now being presented in such a way that it makes sense and can be used to better our lives. Everyone is catching on – this is a new era of reality and understanding how and why our minds make the world the way it seems. In the simplest of terms, it is our state of mind that governs almost every aspect of human life on earth. What’s happening in our life, or our circumstances are a product of this state of mind created expectation. How we think, and what we think about are all products of a self-perpetuating state of expectation. What gets and keeps our attention, the memories we have access to, how we recall events (or the parts of events we remember.) are all seated in a fundamental way of feeling, that is capable of reproducing itself subconsciously. By making us feel that it is the outside world that is forcing us to feel the way we do, and that it hasn't come from us and our perceptions.
What we think we can do, and so will take on depends on how we feel. State of mind is the trophy of our very existence – because when it is good, our life is good. Therefore, we cannot continue to leave its creation up to parts of our mind that we aren't conscious of. We cannot remain the passengers to this process or pattern that underlies what's happening in our life. Circumstances are what is repeated, not what is real. What our life is therefore resembles little more than a pattern of reacting.
Our mood shapes our experience.
When we are in a hurry, we seem to catch every red light that has ever existed. When we are not in the best of moods, we tend to encounter people that don’t exactly make us feel better. This defines what the Law of Attraction actually is - how our state of mind perpetuates and sustains itself by projecting our feelings onto the environment to reflect back to us evidence that supports and sustains the feeling from which it came. And so goes the process in a never-ending cycle that we refer to as life. The Law of Attraction is evidence of how our mood shapes our experience. The minds' ability to perpetuate the feeling that is alive within us. We think it is other people and outcomes that are making us feel the way we do, when in hindsight it is the perceptions that are formed by the way we feel that creates the world as we know it. Our feeling state or ‘vibration’ projects out into the world and reflects back to us as the way the world makes us feel.
So, what is this ‘Juggernaut’ that I speak of? It is what happens to our planet when people start to catch on to this game of mind so much that it is impossible for us to be fooled by it. For us to ‘buy in’ to the great illusion of mind and realities creation. But this is just the beginning…
For many years we have been building to this point of awareness where there will be no going back. We have been delivered all of the tools – through understanding the benefits of mindfulness and meditation to learning how to create emotions without any reason to through NLP and visualization practices. When we understand that we can feel however we want to regardless of what might appear to be going on in the world around us – when we factor in how this emotion effects far more than just the way we see the world. When we can conjure up emotions without reason we have won the game. The outside world responds to us and how we are feeling. Everything that is in the world comes forth from the invisible field of potential constructed by emotion. Everything is unseen until we look for it. until we bring it to life by our interest. And this idea of attraction is not at all indifferent to the ideas of the confirmation bias or the observer effect. That we make what becomes real by our looking for it.
What will you expect to find?
What will you ignore and grant the grand prize of your attention. Because it is by what we look for and what we look at that we make anything in the outside world become more prominent. This is the realm or the era we have arrived to. That it is by our attention and our intention that we make what becomes real. We make what stands out to us from the ocean of all possibility. We are living the life we once dreamed of – and how far short of our expectation this life falls lies squarely with our lack of commitment to the project. Our lives amount to little more than a process of becoming increasingly more certain of the life we’d love to live. The clearer we are the sooner it will show up. If we were able to feel like it were here already it would appear before us now. It is the gap between the dreaming and the arriving that has us cursing the life that we have now. What we have now is what we once dreamed about. But by the time it gets here we’re so busy wanting the next thing that we throw the baby out with the bath water. We trash on the glory of what we once asked for with all of our heart.
The juggernaut has already emerged – it is by our ability to create emotional states when there is nothing going on. It is our knowing of what mindfulness is and the place in mind that it takes us. It is the realization that we make the world what it is by what we continually look at and look for. For all of time we have been getting here. To this point in our history where we understand our minds and how they can use us as surrogates for an emotional state that doesn’t want to die any more than we do. But that process is exactly what can be attributed to the mental health crisis we are now experiencing. We are living in the end times – a revolution of mind and how we think about and use emotions. A revolution in how we create emotions because we understand them to be the holy grail we have long searched for. To feel the way we want to more of the time – to feel how we want to no matter what seems to be going on around us, or how other people tell us that we ought to feel.

This is the time that we have long been building towards. Where we are no longer under the spell of a runaway emotional state that just seemed to be using our lives to renew itself in a perpetual pattern of thoughts and reactions. We have for a long time been enslaved to this cycle that we actually thought we were in control of. The subconscious mind – or the robot that was inconspicuously running every event of our lives, and every perception we ever had has emerged from the shadows. The subconscious never meant to harm us – it was only ever designed to play our life on repeat. Circumstances are what is replicated – not what is real. Now we know the box can never again be shut, and what we become goes so much further than what could have been previously imagined.
