Are we heading into an awe inspriring future? Or our certain demise?

A time to come where peace will reign supreme is an idea that is common to most of the great religions as I believe. Certainly common to the monotheisms that originated in the Arab regions of the middle east. But the idea of humanity and human evolution being segmented by several longer-term ages has been recorded in so much of our ancient past that it would have to be taken at least a little bit seriously. But do we? Do we as humans or adherents to these religions take these prophecies seriously? The promise of peace on earth and a time that we’ll see in the future that will be hallmarked by peace, an end to ill-health, and apparently even aging itself. This prophecy lies at the core of so many religions and ancient texts that it should at least bring some hope to the faithful, and some semblance of intrigue to the awakening ones.
Or have we become so blinded by the promises and prophecies of science – that has very well led us out of the darkness of many of our ignorance’s – that we are now too clever to consider these prophecies of old with any real context. Has science managed to take the throne as the new prophecy maker? The knowledge that can worn of us of any impending shift, and predict when and where those changes will come? Was it not a post note to the theory of Darwin and Wallace’s evolution that ‘The ultimate outcome of the evolutionary process is a more spiritual form of existence’. But how many of us actually believe this promise – take seriously the advent of a shared and eternal peace on earth. Is it even possible?
For even if this period must be predated by a time of cataclysm and an upheaval of our current systems, I think most people are of the understanding that the way we’ve been living is far from sustainable. And the reality is that these systems no longer serve us anyway. As a species we don’t think to the future – we don’t care if there will be a world beyond a few generations. Our desire for ownership forbids it. Even our desire for what we consider improving our conditions forbids it. Our will to reproduce forbids it. But I am certainly not all doom and gloom, because I take these promises seriously. That there will come a time of peace on earth that we may not be as far from as we think from discovering. Do we have the will to preserve life and our species, and at the same time be the ones who herald in this ascension.
Some have referred to this event as the great awakening, or the great reset, but it’s meaning is the same. And will it be our leaders who take charge of this operation and ensure there is an equality and fairness to it all? Or might it be us – might we be the ones who get smart enough to see what this change might look like and begin implementing it in our personal lives? This has been an underlying promise since the beginnings of humanity. But the smarter we get collectively the dumber it seems we get individually. Our ability to trust our own instincts, and sense our deep connection to our ancestry. Do we trust the messages left to us by the ancient ones, or think that these prophesies hold ant sense of merit?

Would there be any cause for excitement about the human future and what is to come? For to be excited about it we would of course need some understanding of what it would look like. How else would we notice as these changes crept in and the good news began to show itself? And of course, how would we know the part we played? How could we accelerate and contribute to the welcoming of this new world? Indeed if it were to be true and as awe inspiring as suggested, how will we know that it has started? Will we need special eyes, or knowledge to see it. How might it effect our thinking and personal lives?
For me all of the signs point towards a global shift in our spiritual awareness. And as hard and confusing as things might seem right now, we must also intuitively know that this impending shift will bring about a peace that is unprecedented in human histroy. This won't be a little different - the change will be dramatic, and from our perspective, largely unimaginable.
For many of us we know in our hearts that things aren’t right – that we just can’t continue on the trajectory we've been on. And we are also aware that there are those who are attempting to hijack the last of the human freedoms in a last-ditch effort to control the entire human outcome, as if they themselves were appointed our ‘Gods’. But this is the hardest time because it represents the greatest opportunity. Let us not forget what our hearts also sense – our connection to a divine source and our divine origins. Let us not forget what we also intuit to be true – that what we are moving towards is our spiritual homecoming.
There will be some surely be some that will say that I’m speaking through my lower hole. But there are just as many who know of this homecoming like it is just as certain and real as the setting and rising of the sun. This coming event is as plain and natural as the tides or the seasons. This is the turning of the longer season, and a new tide of human awareness. Mind is the next frontier for humankind, and surely a greater awareness of mind would suggest that there will be far less, even a negliable level of suffering. When we are in connected to that aspect of the mind that makes the world as it seems, then by virtue of owning our reality we will also understand that any environment we find ourselves in will contain the same raw materials for us to work with. Every environment we could find ourselves in would be comprised of the same raw materials with which we are learning to bring to life a previously unseen beauty. All environmets are the clay that we mold into our desired environments. When we develop a closeness with that prat of our minds that creates the world as we know it we will become the masters of any and all environments we might find ourselves.
Which all sounds very promising, and to many, it sounds like a too good to be true fairy-tale. So how do we know this event might happen? What will it look like? And what can we do to accelerate the process for ourselves, and those we share our lives with? What can we do to both prove this far-fetched seeming prophesy for ourselves, and do what we can to bring it about, if it is as true as might be suggested?
Reaching the Tipping point.

How do we know this coming change is as true and real as some crazies might suggest? Have we moved closer to spirituality, self-help, healing, and an awareness of the mind? Has the mind and our healing become more important to us and more of interest to us? Are me collectively becoming more aware of the nature of our created reality? Even though there seems so many more of us in therapy – does this therapy not also move us towards a greater awareness of mind, emotions and how we can work better with the mechanism behind our experience? We are becoming more conscious creatures – more subconscious creatures. More aware of the nature of the subconscious and how it runs our lives from behind the curtain. How we can be more in control of our lives, and how we feel through improving our awareness of the nature of the subconscious. Through moving closer to our own hearts, there is an abundance of opportunity right now. Because we have realised that we have the power to shape our environment by how we think and feel. But most of how we feel operates on an automated feedback loop. How we feel is much less of a choice than we think, and mostly we are in a loop where we are reacting to mind made circumstances. We are starting to get this - as hard as it might be to change. We can change the outside world and what is in it when we change our energy. A change of energy is to change our perception and what shows up for us in our environment.
And to me this is the very evidence that we are moving into the next age of consciousness. That we are waking to what the mind is and can do to change our surroundings. But what will it look like when these clues are more braosdly known, and how do we contribute to this process? Because to live within a species who values peace of mind, and understand that we have the work to do to bring this to reality. This is not a foregone conclusion, but this evoluitionary process is no fairy-tale either. It is what is coming. But this shift is only ‘coming’ when seen from the perspective of the conscious mind that likes to break down time into lineal segments. On the level of the subconscious, this shift has already occurred. And to some highly tuned in people we can already begin to sense the peace that will be commonplace as a result of our current trajectory.
From our current perspective this will occur as a future event in time. When human beings reach the tipping point of evolving our beliefs enough to see the beauty that was hiding in plain sight. When we change the state of mind from which we view the world from - we see different things in the world outside of us. Same world, but it looks different. When we alter our state of mind/presence of mind - our perception of the outside world changes to see new and different things. Things that were there before but we couldn't see them. This event will occur when we reach the tipping point where we understand the value and underpinning midshift that occurs as a result of practicing mindfulness. When we start to live beyond our situations rather than be forced to feel the way we do because of them. This is the vicious cycle in which most of us still spend our lives. Where our feelings create the world that makes us feel the way we do. The world we see is a projection of an inner state of mind. And we are the often-unsuspecting filling in the sandwich of this process. Where our feelings are regurgitated on repeat without us ever knowing that we palyed a part in what was happening - and so obviously we had no power to change it.

When we know what comes with acceptance we will change our futures. When we let go of past hurts, we no longer have to continue reliving them. This is the powerr of responsibility. Creating a shift in mind from the 'done to' into the creator. An opportunity to enter a part of the mind that transcends just the peace of mind that acceptance brings. In having presence of mind, we are one with the mind that created it as it is. We have surrendered ourselves over to the will of these higher aspects of our minds. We have accepted that the destiny layed out for us may not always seem like the easiest route, but it is always getting us to where we wanted to go faster. Folding time on itself and opening doorways where there were once only walls. When we surrender ourselves to the higher plan that the conscious does not always understand – we might not always be excited about what is happening but we can always rest in the knowing we are being guided.
Mindfulness will do lots of the work required of us without us needing to fuss, or worry as to whether we are on the right path. There will be no arguments because there will be no requirement for us to prove our rightness or intelligence when we sense our connection to the vastness of spirit. This shift will be evident when we reach the tipping point of the critical mass realising what comes from mindfulness that we cannot know intellectually. Mindfulness does everything. Cleanses us of habit energy, frees us from our imagined and illusory situations. In bringing us closer to our own hearts it makes our purpose clear to us – and connects us to our tribe. It connects us with the perceiving mind itself. The part of us that is making the world as it seems. It is still the most direct route to peace on earth and in our own hearts. Nothing has ever veered us from this pathway. What was true 5000 years ago is just as true today.
Mindfulness is the most needed healing devise on earth. So when people ask me what can we do to come home to our own peace, and what can we do to accelerate this process of consciousness, my answer will always the same. What we can do is mindfulness. All we can do is mindfulness. The best bar none thing we can do is mindfulness. The coming of this next era will be prevalent when a tipping point of people realise what they get out of mindfulness that could never be described or understood through explanation. There is nothing more or better we can do to evolve ourselves and this earth than a greater presence of mind through mindfulness. One day we just look around us and realise nearly everyone we see has cottoned on.

This is a hard time to live through – the hardest in human history. But the reason it is hard is because we are the product of generational entrapment to ownership and societal expectations. Our suffering from the illusion of seperation has been steadily getting worse with each generation. It is only the hardest time in history if we are to overlook what we know in our hearts to also be true. To counter the effects of this often-wretched seeming environment we now find ourselves, we need to keep at the forefront of our minds the opportunity that is on our very doorstep. It can only be hard if we are happy to ignore the prophecy, and downgrade our faith in ourselves and the capacity of mind to see beauty and experience faith filled moments. It can only seem hard if we are to willingly continue to live entrapped by the world of things rather than deepening our understanding of our ability to perceive. Where does our wealth truly come from, if not from the good fortune of the point from which we view. Is it not perception that upskills our ability to change anything into something more needed, beautitful and desirable. Surely our perception could to turn a pot of gold into a mountain of gold.
This world is the culmination of millions of years of evolution. Our small seeming life the result of millions of chance moments, bumping into and meshing with the lives of billions of other people. This place we find ourselves is no accident. No accident and by a unique design especially made for us. Our problems - our situations were all made to help set us free. Let us pay homage to all of the billions of chance encounters that have come to enable us the perspective that is ours. Let us acknowledge the miracle behind the entire twisting and turning at a molecular level that has brought us to this moment. We are no accident – we are divine. We are sacred and meant to be here to facilitate this great change. The closer we get to presence and acceptance the closer we get to ourselves and that single moment we all chase where we understand that everything will be OK. The single greatest move we can make towards participating in, and bringing about this unfathomable event is simple, but not easy. But it is only difficult if we fail to see the reward. The prize that can only be known intuitively. Can only be known by senses that go beyond what we have traditionally relied upon to measure our worth and know our position.

When we accept the past for what it was we change the course of our futures. What human beings must get to is a time when perceptions are more valuable than the things we perceive. We are all chasing that moment of pure presence. A feeling the everything is not just ‘going to be OK’ but is divinely significant. We don’t have to wait for that moment of expanded perceptions. We have to go deeper into presence of mind and all perceptions become our choice by default.
We cannot get closer to presence through things or conditions – through dreams seemingly coming true. These are all nice milestones to walk past but they can never substitute what full freedom from conditions offers us. It is sometimes funny to watch the humans trying to get to their ‘moments’ through things – when ‘things’ could never contain the means to alter our perceptions, or measure presence. Presence is the only thing that can take us to those moments of true freedom.
When you are talking to yourself you are talking to the mind that creates all perceptions. How much closer to ‘God’ do you think you can get?
